Officers - Converts' Care & Social Services
RESPONSIBILITIES:
We’re seeking two enthusiastic team players to join our Converts Care & Social Services Division!
1. You will be a vital part of our creative team, designing and implementing engaging program activities. Your organizational skills will shine as you provide operational, logistical, and administrative support, develop essential materials, and connect with agencies to address public inquiries. Plus, you will have the chance to support various programs within our divisions!
2. In this role, you will manage our monthly Financial Assistance Applications with care. You will maintain client information, conduct follow-ups, and prepare insightful case reports. You'll also keep our Financial Assistance database up to date and assist with program activities, including coordinating meaningful house visits.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum Diploma from local polytechnic or other relevant recognized institutions
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Strong understanding of procedural guidelines and practices.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in teams
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
We offer a remuneration package that will be commensurate with your qualification/s and
experience. All new employees will be appointed on a contract basis.
