Officer - Converts' Care Support
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an individual to lead and coordinate diverse projects, events, activities, and engagement aimed at fostering community engagement and growth of the converts.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and organize programmes and activities under the purview of Converts' Care Support such as:
- Mosque Tour and Life After Death Program
- Multi-National Club - a place where people from various backgrounds come together to engage with newcomers from their own communities.
- Project Ansar - a project that aims to optimize volunteer involvement in key activities of the Association.
- Prepare a monthly report for the Executive Committee meeting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative working experience
- Experience in organizing events and activities will be added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Critical and analytical thinking skills with keen attention to details
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Keen to make a difference in a convert’s life journey
- Able to start work immediately will be added advantageous
