Human Resource Executive - Corporate Affairs Division
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Executive to provide essential administrative support, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently while contributing to the organisation’s mission to serve the community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage job postings, shortlist applicants, contact candidates, and arrange interview sessions with hiring teams.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and databases.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Support payroll processing, monitor staff leave records, and assist with benefits administration.
Help arrange training programs, track participation, and gather feedback from staff.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, managing inquiries, and providing information on HR policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative or HR support experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail..
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
