Fundraiser Executive - Finance Division

Join us as a Fundraising Officer and play a crucial role in securing financial support to further our mission. This position goes beyond simple donation requests; it is about building and maintaining strong relationships with our donors to encourage long-term contributions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct in-depth research and develop fundraising proposals.

Lead and manage a variety of communication and fundraising initiatives to enhance our organization's visibility across multiple media platforms and events.

Assist in various communication projects and drive the launch of innovative fundraising campaigns.

Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential donors.

Create impactful marketing materials for fundraising initiatives.

Develop and implement sustainable fundraising strategies to ensure our organization's ongoing success and resilience.

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum Diploma from local polytechnic or other relevant recognized institutions.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of charity fundraising over a range of methods.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Experience or knowledge of grant and trust applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications.
